Agree with you. Nothing is going to happen to the share price until Oct. This will drift. The way Adam handled the briefing yesterday reveals to me he is a careful sort of guy. He would only want to come out with news if the deals are finalised and sure.

I agree with @stockrock and @elleburra has said. Everything hinges on MABR (Aspral and SUBRE) in China. From yesterday's briefing my sense it's a question of when , not if, it will happen.

Henry was asked about India. He said the problem with India is enforcement, something China is strong in. China's bureacracy wants it to happen. China will implement MABR the way they have implemented 5G, cashless payment systems, face recognition, electrical vehicles etc etc. China will run ahead while the ROW is still figuring it out. Not necessary a good thing if that happens. if it happen like 5G, the US will start giving excuses not to adopt MABR because China has advanced so far ahead of it.
