    Great day.
    Bought some magic scotch fillets.

    I'll trim them up a bit. Rub them with oregano, salt and pepper. And hit them with some oil.
    And let them rest before a 2 min each side burn on the Weber. Followed by a rest. Medium rare.

    Using one of my tubs of home made stocks to build a gravy.
    Along with quarter button mushrooms cooked in truffle oil.

    Roast quartered potatoes, throw those on the top of the steak with the mushrooms.
    Add some butter to the gravy. Give the whole dish a nice hit of it, and I'll add some fresh rosemary, and finely chopped chives to finish it off.
