Yes it's good to see the "block" complies with AS3700, nothing about how it will comply as a stand alone, load bearing wall in a residential wall system.
The "wall system" must comply with AS4773.1, masonry in small buildings-design and AS4773.2 masonry in small buildings- construction to meet Australian Standards.
