June record production of circa 6500 ounces with AISC of approximately A$1550 and a gold price of A$2050 yields yearly before tax cashflow of approximately A$40m. Grade improved to 0.84g/t in June too up from 0.77g/t. Will there be an additional small improvement in that going forward and also a similar small reduction in AISC which has come down from A$1813 for the June quarter? Surely this thing has to be a going concern going forward if current numbers and gold price are maintained or bettered? Is someone going to steal this thing on the cheap???
They are still moving a lot of waste and capitalised stripping costs are not included in the AISC. Strip ratio has come down a little however, will it continue to decline as they go deeper? The ore bodies come in at quite a steep angle so perhaps there won't be much difference although they do appear to widen.
