A few things to note here....

1.i asked the question during the call regarding the itest deal and how confident they were that the 45m would be met. They said they were extremely confident ...

2. They are very confident of booking 20m in aspiral deals for the next 5 months of the year....

3. I also asked regarding how confident they were of getting the financial close of the Ivory Coast done and they said very confident and most likely will be done late September.

4. The Sq deal though after the 40 mil from generate capital will be less reliant on minor partners and therefore should give us certain and more visible recurring revenue for the years to come

5. The purpose of the 40mil was to avoid shareholder dilution so this is a strong signal that they do not want to raise capital

know let’s say putting all this info together ....
- backlogged revenue of 278m
- China multi year deals similar to itest with multiple municipalities on the horizon
- itest which still should give us another 30m plus with option to expand the deal

how are we not close to profitability? Ivory Coast deal should give us maintenance contract as well

and there will be more deals... I really want all posters here to
understand what kind of business they are investing in or thinking of investing in. We are selling life changing technology here and are aiming to sell millions of dollars worth so this isn’t baby formula off the shelf. Negotiations take time... but once it happens the move will be quick the money will pour in and the share price will take care of itself.... I have been invested here for 3 years it is not time to panic and freak out when we are at worst 2 quarters away from sustainable profitability.
