I have been following this stock since it was in the 3c range and there have been many CRs done over the years and all announced unexpectedly with Directors saying not going to be one this quarter. The raise price was always done at large discount and because of this the share price did not get traction for years as Argonaut and others disposed of their shares everytime a small increase happened on the back of good news. So my friend I am a little disgruntled as this has happened many times before and frankly I am a little bit tired of it. I know all about pharmaceutical companies and the only way they can get cash is to do CRs, but it is when it is repeatedly done after denials by management and the raise price is at 15c-20c discount from the share price at the time. Oh and where were you while all this happened mate.
