    Kemper Shaw and William Taylor took a fair chunk of the 4c placement.
    The 80+ million previously held by IBX is separate to that. Check the 2018 annual report.
    Very unusual.
    80+ million was held in escrow by IBX. For who and why??????? Why the secrecy????
    My suspicion is that this is where all the selling came from. Its obvious.
