Dow jones reported on 31 August that Rio did not know how to pay out the over 4 billion profit made.
chinalco own close to 15 percent of Rio and a share buyback would throw them over the 15% mark that Australia imposed on foreign Ownership. This amount is about 10.5% return if we get it. FMG special div in June was over 10%, so I have fingers crossed for same.
