I think it's more a recognition that their previous guidance was crap.
Considering they've just finished building their major assets, we won't know how effective they'll be at monetising them for one, maybe two years.
So I wouldn't rely on this guidance too much either. Eventual FY20 results may wildly be over or under the guidance.
