@Goldilocks Great report, thanks. The importance of the instos should not be underplayed. I would even suggest that LTR may have gone for $15M so they would have enough fat to satisfy all the instos who have already been banging on their door saying "let us give you some money, we want in". While I understand that retail holders will be upset by this apparent privilege, it is also true that LTR needs big money holders on board to stabilise the SP and just give simple gravitas to the company. The $15M amount may be much more than they need but the value of having quality institutional investors on the books should not be dismissed. There will be plenty to go around for those that support the company. DR calling you back was impressive and what he says makes sense.
