hmmmm everyone has different strategies to suit ones own situation. Not to sure about placing all my savings or sole strategy on specs you could get wiped out very quickly and capital preservation has to be an integral part of ones strategy. Spec's have teh appeal of high return and instant gratification im more a believer of learning market lessons undersatdning how to value stocks prove your ssytem, have confidence in your resaerch and then you will set the foundations of coming acrossmore and more opportunities and hopefully ahving a success rate.

As previous poster commented i hope your not basing your spec choices based on HC posts and your actually crunching some numbers. Why dont you look at resource companies that have proven up resources and are about to come up to production usually nice multiples can be made on those plays with reduced risk. Anyway my 2 bobs hope this spec pays off for you and me too !
