FOMO = Fear Of Missing Out........he is alleging buyers sitting in the wings are not buying shares in 88E with the expectation they are in fear of missing out on the farm out deal......i.e. no Farm Out FOMO
FOMO is good, it means people are excited and expecting good things, but FOMO has been present before previous announcements which have not gone down as well as shareholders would have liked so people are likely not buying this time out of speculation alone.
