That's the funny thing, I doubt the administrator (own fees aside) can direct funds as THEY see fit whilst the court action plays out.....
Has Rogers formally resigned? Has Gray?
Who are the directors of this company?
The court stuff could drag on for months, is mining still ongoing (as some have suggested)? Where is the money going?
