Recipe for silverside.
- Buy S/Side
- Open packet
- Rinse.
- Trim some of the daggy bits off.
- 1/2 fill a big pot with cold water
- Put S/side into pot of cold water
- Turn heat up to around medium
- Simmer for a few hours
- Remove from pot, slice and enjoy.
- Never, ever, use anything, other than S/side and water.
