Anyone done a good assessment on which action to choose? I am being avoidant have not done anything. Will probably go for the action that joins auditor ? I also know one joins JW but he would not be in a good financial position to pay up unless somehow his liability as an employee becomes company liability to us under vicarious liability law. Anyone got feedback or made a choice?
