    With petrol prices at $147 US a pop, if I live in the US and have 3 kids, one car and a house to pay, I am not going to drive 20kms to a big mall just to get a loaf of bread and a litre of milk. I am going to my local OPEN AIR shopping center which is 5 km's away and I can park my car at the front, in and out in 5 mins.
