The Chinese are bolted onto the Manono project and have been since AVZs involvement. The Chinese State have been pushing for a spodumene pricing mechanism linked to Li Chemical pricing. Ganfeng were not the architects of that pricing mechanism.
The Chinese are responsible for the regional infrastructure. Anyone that believes another super power will arrive and dislodge the Chinese Belt & Road grip on the DRC to get at the Manono mine is being naive. The DRC has already been bought and paid for.
Yet somehow in your mind AVZ will avoid the State backed pricing mechanism? Do you have any evidence to support that theory?
