I agree that the price could go as low as 6 cents and possibly lower if there are no positive results from drilling or a near term announcement of a farminee for Senegal. But an explosive rerating is not out of the question even in a bear market if the fundamentals for oil remain the same.
It is a case of when and not if the company hits pay dirt.
