i know a girl that bought a place in good nick in Balmain 4 years ago for 1.2million she has had it on the market now for 8 months and she first listed it at 1.4 no bites.
Back to 1.2 million no bites and is now prepared to sell in the 880k range. Yet still no realistic offers being made.

A mate has a water front place at church point and four years ago he was offered 1.8million for it. He did not sell as he is a real greedy so and so. ( this has cost him dearly if he tries to sell it now as he has been offered just under 1.1million for it now about 3 weeks ago.
