Thanks for the additional info, I had a look into it, and I have learned that CXO was formed by acquiring DBL Blues Pty Ltd and Sturt Exploration - both of which SB was a shareholder/director. The acquisition details were:

DBL Blues Pty Ltd:
1,250,000 Shares payable to Nowak
1,250,000 Shares payable to LEC (English)

Sturt Exploration:
4,000,000 shares and 2,000,000 options payable to Nowak.
4,000,000 Shares and 2,000,000 options payable to LEC.

Anyone have any details on the assets or the balance sheet of DBL Blues or Sturt exploration prior to the acquisition?
