It's an interesting question, sure. How many thousands could they have saved via tax offsets? What do you think the reason is for the non-claim/classification as R&D spend? You think they aren't updating the software or they don't know how to do accounting?

I do find it a bit hard to believe that this "tax offset" is the reason you chose not to invest. You have been downramping since early 2017 and have never mentioned it.

It also developed machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms to apply to online content moderation and detect undesirable behaviour on its platforms."

Also says that they had to spend 10's of thousands to ensure the claims were correct at the time of lodging.
