    Hi ldisley,

I'm in the same boat as you with regard to having complete confidence in GMV's long term success albeit somewhat subdued due to the setback in China with the unfortunate passing of the NPMA committee member. That said, we now have a timeframe of at least 3 mths to work off before we can realistically start the approval process. Why it will take this long to replace the deceased member is not clear and hopefully they can expidite the preceedings.

I have been a loud & strong advocate of the future potential in GMV since I first read the prospectus back in 2017 and as I have said on numerous occassions, GMV will be a very successful global company. I can just imagine how some of the posters on HC will be rolling their eyes in the back of their head and scoffing at my comments.

I can truly sympathize with those shareholders that are sitting heavily in the red and currently not being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am down a considerable amount of cash also but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I am still confident that GMV will see the company's vision through.

GMV has let down all SH's with the lack of communication and not being transparent when providing the necessary information concerning key strategic company agenda's. One has to consider how long Dr G and his team knew of information pertaining to the company update dated 30 Jul. If individuals were armed with the update prior to the 31 Jun, then it would have given SH's the opportunity to sell for tax losses.

Before we take Dr G and his leadership group outback for the firing squad ( Breaker Morant ), we should take a deep breathe and yes this is a further delay, but is it Dr G's fault? No its not. I think everyone would agree that the Chinese Government is very unpredicatable with its approval process and given that GMV has already been given a "Green Channel" to expidite the approvals, nobody could have factored in the untimely death of the head of the committee.

Dr G would be feeling this pain just as much as us SH's and with the SP just short of its all time low, we are now at the mercy of an unforgiving market. Hopefully we can hold our heads above water for the next 3 mths and as we get closer to the next 4c we could get back to the Nasdaq IPO of the 20c mark. On a positive note, the current SP is 25% below the IPO level, so that in it's self is a buy. Quick 25% profit for 3 mth hold.

Talking about being positive, what about the surprise for the UK and the IDTF business? The UK feels very raw and should provide a fantastic springboard in future sales with both the Prizma Jacket & GMed Patch. Hopefully they will continue to expand the business units which currently form part of the G Medical Innovations Asia Hong Kong Business structure.

I know people are hurting at this point in time with the way GMV has been administered, but (and a big but ) people need to take a deep breathe and take stock of what GMV can mean to the future in M Health Market. GMV is at the cusp of becoming a truly global MHealth Company. GMV will be a major player in the MHealth Market with recurring revenues from diagnostic services, monitoring of the aging and for people suffering with chronic diseases.

I know that some people will be scoffing about what I have been saying, but I cannot beat my drum any louder, GMV will be a massive global player in the MHealth Market and LTH's can either buy more shares to average down, or just sit on your shares for the next 4 - 6 mths. New share holders will be buying in at bargain prices with a quick 25% return possible in 3 mths time. Not a bad ROI.

Dr G currently owns almost 58% of GMV and has the most to lose. I am extremely confident that Dr G and his leadership group will, after the CFDA Approval, be pulling out all stops to elevate GMV into the fantastic company that I invisage. All in all, I strongly believe that GMV will be a well respected MHealth Global Medical Company with a massive market within their grasp and I want to be on this ride.

Finally, yes I also think GMV has the potential to be a Global MHealth player like CSL.

    GLTAH'S DYOR

    Cheers Rubes A
