    I'm with you. This letter seems to be an effort to distract SH from the real problems ahead of the FY results announcement and, contrary to others statements, you don't need a CSR Strategy or a RAP Plan to win work with Rio, BHP etc. There are requirements and commitments that will help you win work, but it's not these to documents.
