Whoops ! Have you also checked out item 4 gosh.? This is a Golly Gosh situation. In item 4 Jonathan White intends to resign upon the completion of the acquisition but in item 5 he intends to remain as a director. How confusing is that ?
Oh well I guess they will work it out and Jonathan will work out which situation will apply.
