re: durlacher report - frenzyman - Were performance targets set?
Were they met?
If they were, what's the issue as this has been endorsed by the "shareholders" - I'm not condoning this by the way.
What I'm getting at is that this is well known and factored in (sure hope it is).
I haven't checked the previous announcements, but will do for my own piece of mind, or was that piece of them.
I'm interested in knowing what the performance targets were...
Issuing shares is at least some solace - be nice if they were escrowed. That would mean they would be in the same boat as other shareholers - waiting for some decent contracts to get signed!!!!!!!!!
