NAIF Northern Australian Infrastructure Fund will provide a fair bit of the loans needed for roads or gas pipelines and other infrastructure requirements. For example they are giving another company I have invested in potash KLL $74mil. So I expect similar amount will be available for VXR. They give it at low interest rates and good terms.
