Fingers crossed it is the acquisition of a manufacturing plant for two key reasons:
1 - the commercial benefit of owning the production process and the savings from cutting manufacturing and R & D costs; and
2 - management backing up their word and doing what they advertised (which is particularly important for building shareholder confidence).
You never know with JAT though, we might be acquiring a sea cucumber farm in far east Argentina.
