firstly the President cannot change the Second Ammendment rights that Americans have. Secondly , all the little control measures being talked about such as more stringent background checks, simply will not work. Even if America was able to change the Second Ammendment , and that is a huge if, it would not really be effective. There are too many guns in circulation, many of which are unregistered. Every time there is talk of gun control , there is a surge in gun sales. I can’t see anything meaningful happening ,........sadly the horse has bolted already.
