Your post does not make a lot of sense language wise, guessing English is your second language?
I very much doubt RFG is the "head on lease in most circumstances " would be nice to know your source for that assertion though .
It would be poor management for RFG to resign a lease if "they do not know the intent of the current franchisee " so I find that statement incredulous although I guess anything is possible .
It is normally the Franchisee that signs the lease agreement not the Master franchiser , I have read their Franchise agreements in the past and it states in their that the franchisee is the one that takes out the lease .
The annual report should show liabilities associated with lease agreements in the balance sheet and notes , I will have a look at it to ease my fears :"
