Thats the reason why the SP is in the dumps and probably wont move significantyl until financing is resolved. People want to know what they are buying - 1) whats in the ground and 2) hows it going to be paid for.

Once those two boxes are ticked (and the first one almost is), then they can make a valuation.

give it another 12 months and the SP will be much closer to true value.
