LLC then make a bid for shares in BBC and are now listed as a substantial holder. Then they stop.
Probably concerned about the huge tie up between BBC and BNB.
And today...possibly as a further move to make BBC unattractive to LLC, BNB bob up as an initial substantial shareholder with 14% in Aeveum (AVE) the other larger retirement village operator).
All the while PTN sits there - with cash, little debt..and having confirmed the profit and divvy projections for 2009...plus having confirmed that they do not see any writedowns on property.
Are they the real LLC target?
The price kicked 7% today!
But be wary..there is a div payment of 2.2 cents on Wed.
Hey...even if PTN isn't in play...an 8.4 cent div on an investment of 47 cents is hard to beat.
