No I'm just waiting for the company's response before jumping to conclusions that RFF has commited fraud.
Looking at the details of the research note regarding the rental 'lies' as they put it it's pretty obvious that it's either a massive fraud or Bonitas has added 2 to 2 & got 5.
They've made assumptions & clearly not contacted the company for comment before publishing
If it's a simple case that they didn't include one piece of information in their calculation they've going to look pretty stupid.
If it's a fraud all the shareholders are going to look pretty stupid.
At this stage I await judgement.
