Trump is determined to be re-elected and he knows he needs a positive economic record if he is to succeed. That means a rising equities market because he knows without it he has no chance.
Trump needs to point to success in trade wars else he has no chance of being re-elected. That means an agreement with China before election time.
China needs clean air which means EVs and ESS. The preferred technology to deliver that requires Lithium. They know that!
Korea is keen to beat China in the EV and ESS space. They are keen to develop their conversion, cell manufacture, and EV industries. PLS can help them and they know it!
Don't let the current "noise" distract you from what you know is happening.
