all boxes are not ticked. environmental approvals are needed, that is a big big box that needs ticking.
further talk of fundamentals? are they turning a profit? do they have substantial revenue to speak of? when was the last time revenue and profit wasnt considered fundamental?
it is where it is because of what it is..... like you i believe there is upside because its ticking the boxes as it goes, but there is still much to be done.
