Most of the cost of stage 1 is on 1a, of which they have spent 11.7m (stated in quarterly) so the balance will be on 1b (3.3m)
Then they need to come up with 5m for stage 2.
I agree if the costs blow out they must inform the market. So without that, we must assume it is going as planned (though MOY lost its integrity on this months ago, so i respect your anxiousness))
