OK, you need to understand there is:
- PLS the business, and
- the stuff in the ground.
They are selling up to 49% of the stuff in the ground to another mob, so they have a cash injection into PLS the business, no shares of PLS are being sold.
Cash injection means out of debt, progress with stage 2 and 3 construction, they can still have the JV with POSCO and they can still make good money. Just with less resource than before from the current mine sites.
And there are plenty more mine sites to get more lithium out of, so that's not a concern to me.
