Regarding your mentioned bounce, I would see it go to 16 cents shortly, once supply at 13 cents dries up.
I would suspect that 'sophisticated' investors who were inclined to cash in on short term profits in current global unsafe circumstances would have exhausted themselves within a day or two, probably presenting around 20% volume of those who had taken up part of the 58mil shares issued ( combined with nervous retail investors ).
From then on this has little else to do than go up on global REO uncertainties, especially when taken into account this morning's China's rare earths association comments.
They are not yet restricting supply, but clearly letting market know that this is a very clear option from here on forward to come into effect any day.
