have informed Glencore of that decision. This decision was not made lightly and while Mr. Kelly
became a valuable member of the board, the apparent lack of interest in supporting Ironbark’s
recent financing activities of the Citronen project by Glencore was not only increasingly difficult
to explain to participants in fundraisings but Glencore’s influence had a potential impact on
other parties interested in participating in the development of the project."
