Good to see some consolation victory for JD/BOD.
It would appear without seeing earlier the bid-ask stack but I am guessing a lot of supply at 1.6C lit and the bulls are not as aggressive. I am sure a lot were expecting a spike at least in the SP but the trading day has only just started.
Are there any more avenues for Glencore to launch legal arguments or this arbitration is final?
At least now folks can discuss how funding can be achieved but it still remains a tall ask with the tiny MC.
