At a mining companies seminar in Perth a few months ago, MK said that IRL shares would go from the then 20c to $1, "a 5-fold appreciation". A participant asked why he was so confident that that would happen.

He answered loudly: "Because I am a f...king good miner!"

The answer was shocking, both in terms of being obnoxious and being arrogant, and maybe should have been a sign not to get involved. Now those traits are surfacing.
