Any thoughts on the scheme. From what I gather only applies to new projects(at what point is determined as new). Only kicks in in 2021. So would not apply to BLU in Bowen Basin? How about those coys currently in exploration mode? Would this policy curb new investment in sector? Lots of unknowns atm. Any ideas out there.
