considering that the risk profile has changed considerably. looking at funding opportunities that have passed is not really meaningful. The one point it do agree with is that it is a wait and see regarding funding, let us see how that goes.
Considering the smaller project size, and reduced board risk there is much to be buoyed about.
Though I do enjoy your negativity, AJ, as I feel it is a good compass for me. I often read your post and if I can refute your claims then I know that I am on to a good thing.
