Take a drive and have a look mate!! Ask people in the area about what they know and have seen about this so called factory. Look at how good their picture is with a local aussie council worker. Does not take a rocket scientist to work all this out together with all the # that are thrown around and the shell of a office with people on the board which have questionable history of performance together with leaders where no resumes or track history is found except for liquidation and US stock market de-listings.
