Selling in the 10’s &100’s of thousands I understand. My recent commentary has been all about building buy side momentum but today I am asking myself why would anyone continue to sell smaller parcels for a couple of hundred dollars at lower spot prices? It confounds me! Frustrating doesn’t begin to describe what I suspect we are all feeling. I just hope that everything is above board.
