This is a each way punt.
So the manufacturing plant that hasn't been supposedly operating is worth $20M.
We then have to spend another $3M to add plant to existing lines.
Interesting bulk of existing cash will go out before they lodge accounts.
Maybe we could put forward another resolution that we need to see accounts as well before the due date.
