Probably they already accumulate shares. While looking at Geologic Resource, they sold their shares between Feb -May at the price 0.1882 - 0.1494. It would be reasonable for any big boy to pick up TMR shares at yesterday or today's price because it will bounce. I feel there is a big accumulation going on (volume increased). DYOR
