Just stand above it, and place the market firmly below and between your thighs - take a deep breath then dropped onto its back holding tight to the rope around its neck, then ride this baby bucking up and down for the rest of the day... until the market either settles down, or the friggin annc comes out, in which case hold tighter as she bucks and rears up on its hind legs at takes little ol CFR for a fun run...

Just don't get sucked in by everyone else's jitters folks... either believe in the stock (err the possibility of a good annc), or bail
