    Its called a bear market. Right now you could announce you had found the secret to converting cow dung into gold and your share price would go down.

    The only positive with Citadel is they have $27m cash in the bank which will fund the Jabal Sayid and Shayban BFS and Shayban production so they dont need to raise any more money anytime soon.
