For once Dr M was absolutely clear on his view. No way that Y can say that that was not really what he meant this time.
A clear concise vindication of Lynas and even a message about diluting the waste.
This is a win win statement, in my opinion Lynas will be producing condisoil in the near future and turn that waste into a tidy profit.
