Am I wrong in reading that there is a caveat on placement funds that the SP must withhold within certain parameters for a period of time and failing to do so will negate the contract ? And that deterioration of general market conditions may compromise the company’s ability to guarantee this despite the inherent potential of the company’s pipeline of products ?
Anyone familiar with CR conditions ?
